Pretty good food. Can get a bit pricey with add ons

The nice greeting when you walk in was very well unexpected and brought a smile to our faces.

Spicy food was spicy like it's supposed to be. Most places aren't and I greatly appreciate it. Not a 5 star because they didn't have my favorite, General Tso's Chicken.

Good place with fresh cooked food and nice staff. There is plenty of room here. The food is always cooked to order or it was made within the last few min. They are always super helpful. They are a little pricy but it is well worth it.

All of my experiences with Panda Express in the past have been incredible. I always rave about Panda Express to anyone because they are so accommodating. On the rare occasion I eat out I have left great reviews about my great experience. One of the main reasons I go to them is the wonderful customer service. I tell them I have a peanut, shrimp allergy and they make my food in a clean wok. Unfortunately tonight my experience was very poor. I told the lady in the drive through my order followed by " I have the allergy and please make them in a separate wok." Although there were no other customers at this time she said they cant do that and to have a good night. So they lost several loyal customers tonight. I wish I got her name but I was so frustrated I left without it.

Says alot about this establishment when they can't sell $25 gift certificates for half the price..Please take business to first wok hundred times better and cheaper

Don't go through drive-thru if you're in a hurry! Couldn't leave because of the curbs that lock you in! Spent 45 minutes in the drive-thru with no apology...like it's normal! You don't want this food that bad!

Cleanest branch of a Panda Express I’ve been to across many states. Friendly and attentive staff, also knowledgeable regarding the product. Top quality food on each visit with big portions.

Service was improved tonight meal was good i had fire wok shrimp very tasty meal i also had green bean chicken w fried rice overall 4 star meal today. They made the switch to Coke a great idea more flavors than pepsi machine. The restaurant was clean and pretty quiet. Diners were happy!!! Thank you Panda good job@!!!

Normally an quite pleased with going to a Panda Express, this time not so much. In brief this is what I experienced. Time was about 7 PM. Most items were empty or not fresh looking. I requested an item that nearly gone and def not a full serving (string bean) sweet fire chicken, half veggie, half chow main.After waiting 5 minutes or so which was expected they handed me my to go bag... as I went to get napkins I checked and noticed it was wrong when I seen fried rice. I went back and they gave me additional veggies but noticed that the green beans were empty. When I got to the hotel I found out they have me the scraps of green beans... so I waited 5 minutes for the half old serving that was sitting there. Not a good dinner...

I think the restaurant is great. Try the beef and broccoli and the brown fried rice or noodles. You can't go wrong with any of their meals. You can order bowls, with one entree and sides or up to 3 entrees. My husband and I love the convenience and the flavor. We have eaten there many times.

Asked them twice for chopsticks. They forgot. Now they're staring at me from behind the counter ignoring me.

I had the orange chicken and kung pow chicken with chow mein. Both of the chickens were good however the chow mein was very dry. It was my first visit so I'm not sure if it's usually like this or if I just came at the wrong time.

We always love going to Panda Express . Our wait is usually minimal. Today our wait was longer but the food was fresh and that is more important.

One meals that was ordered online for pick up was no longer on the menu. So another dish was ordered.other meal ordered was still defrosting.. so another meal was ordered in it's place as well. (it was half hr pick up from time of order). 9 out of 15 of the crab rangoon were burnt. Asked my family How many stars I should give and everyone said 2.

Horrible. I came in on Saturday. No rice was made. No chicken tereaki. The associates were rude. They acted like it was acceptable not to have those foods. There response was we only make the top 5 foods. I will never go back. This is the 2nd time i come in and happening. They also said they only have one cook and they come in at 0945. And open at ten. Im sorry everything should be made and available. Especially the white rice. They also had two shrimp dishes and i dont eat seafood or fish.

Was ignoredI Was standing second in line. The employee helping the first in line stopped helping number 1 half way through his plate and went straight to making two separate plates. Another employee comes to help and begins helping number 3 along with number 4. I’m left standing there being ignored. After number 4 is through the line, the items I would have had, are gone and have to wait for more to be “dropped”. How do I cut in line and have the employee stop what they are doing and deliver the food to my table like what happened to me? I want this service instead of being ignored. I want someone else to feel the frustration like I did standing in line. WTH

Tried to go in & order takeout. Good luck! Went through drive through to order family feast,didn't have item on menu & price was deceiving. Shouldn't advertise items if you don't have them.

The food is OK, but not near the quantity you would get at a local Chinese restaurant for the same price. We had two rice bowls, three crab Rangoon and two sodas and it was $19. The rice bowls are the cheapest item on the menu. If you don't mind spending a little bit extra, the place is clean and modern and not cramped or noisey.
